Dr Kalyan Gurazada is a UK trained senior Endocrinologist in Hyderabad, with an experience in the fields of Diabetes in Endocrinology of more than 10 yrs. After graduating in MBBS 2004, he pursued further training in the UK, with specialisation in General Medicine( MRCP) and super specialisation in Diabetes and Endocrinology (MRCP Diab&Endo, C.C.T). After his return to India in 2014, he has been associated with Citizens hospital where he enjoys a healthy practice. In the UK, he trained at various premiere institutes in Endocrinology like University College of London Hospital and Royal Free Hospital London.

Dr Kalyan Gurazada has immense experience in treating patients with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, Thyroid disorders, Pituitary disorders, Sexual dysfunction and other hormonal and metabolic diseases. He practises a holistic way of treating Diabetic patients with emphasis on lifestyle, and monitoring of all Diabetic complications. He has a special interest in Advanced Diabetes treatments like Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) using sensor technology and Automatic insulin delivery systems using Insulin pumps. He is one of the few doctors in India to be trained in CGMS by the AGP clinical academy.

Dr Kalyan is a keen academician with many national and international presentations to his name. He is a regular speaker at various forums of Diabetes and Endocrinology, teaching physicians with special interest in this field. He is in charge of the academic programme and Clinical audit committee at Citizens hospital. He is also an examiner for PACES, which is an international practical examination conducted by the Royal College of Physicians.
